Workshop Description: Learn how to erotically whine just like the professionals do! Isolations, whining, bumping and grinding are what's being served in this workshop. The point of erotic twerking is to make it look and feel good for you or the lucky person you are grinding on. Bring a pillow you are comfortable grinding on between your legs, or sitting on it. This way we can fully understand the sensations of lap dancing while being easy on the joints. This workshop can be learned on any surface whether you chose your bed, a chair, the floor, a wall(hallways are hot), a couch, or the pole...so get creative! We will be working most with our Root Chakra to learn how to connect and use the ground to help our hips whine properly while being in full control.
